Unit size: 1605sf (Type B) Keys were handed over on the 3rd of October 2008 and is currently under defect management by the developer. We have meticulously identified any possible defect to ensure that the unit is as defect-free as possible. 
Click on image for larger view  Type B is one of the better layouts available in Ayuria. The dining area is nicely tucked into one corner and so is the kitchen. When you step into the unit, you will not immediately see the living room. Rooms are nicely tucked away to allow maximum privacy. 
The unit is located in Block C, the very last block of this Kiaramas Ayuria development. The earlier blocks were handed over about 6 months ago. This would mean you will get a newer unit with longer defect period than the 2 blocks should you obtain a unit in Block C. Also note that Unit 1 (C-08-01 - such auspicious unit number! ;) ) is located at cul-de-sac, meaning you will have maximum privacy as there will be no walking traffic in front of your unit.
