One of the last few residential development plots in the popular Sunway Damansara is now being cleared to make way for development. Earlier earmarked as condo development, it looks like SunCity is instead going for Bungalows development. A call to the Sunway Damansara sales office confirmed this, but no official wording yet.

The plot of land, which is located at the very end of the road leading to Parkville Garden Townhouses, as well as Sunway Damansara Technology Park, seems a bit odd for a residential development due to its very close proximity with the Technology Park. However, it does face the hill - so there would be some sort of greenery there to offset this. More information will be posted once this is confirmed.
