Here’s the last set of the actual units of Ameera Residences that I have at the moment. A full write-up and my first impressions will be posted in just a bit!

    T1 has the same layout as T3, the difference is T3 without maid room.
    I bought a T5 unit.

    Oh..hi future neighbours! Ameera is now scheduled for an early completion in December 2009.

    Anybody knows if the tower block structure has reached it’s top level or still on the 28th floor? Their progress photos in website is still showing March progress…

    I passed by the building everyday, it seems almost completed, won’t take so long to reach 30th floor. the developer just billed me another payment for progress work 2(e) - completion of exterior and interior plastering for my unit.

    FB, what unit did u buy?

    hi jf…thanks for your note. that’s what i thot abt the progress,,,i think they can start preparing to celebrate the completion of casting the concrete structure when it reaches the top level.. :)

    u obviously got the higher unit (very nice) as they have just billed you for the internal and external plastering works…i bought a T1 unit at lower level…

    Just spoke to the salesperson: Tower block has reached the top level…this is another milestone and hope to see speedy progress of plastering, facade and infra works…

    it’s best to check with the developer.
    What I know was only leave T5 with no very good view. I think the price for T5 is ard 420k for lower floor with low cost flat.

    with 5 stone to be launched at the type of pricing, type T5 at RM420K may be sold out in a matter of time.

    according the SA, Ameera is almost sold out, left few units on lowest floor.

    Yeap, only left about 3-4 units. Amazing how the units facing low-cost flats directly can be sold

    Hi all,

    Just a little shout out to all future Ameera neighbours. I must say that ever since 5 Stones sold so well, real estate agents have been sending sms to owners non-stop either for sale or rent. My wife and I bought a TD2 unit on the 28th floor and can’t wait to move in. May have over done it as its 2750sf and there is only the two of us and my 9-year old daughter but I think it’ll be a good investment especially with the new shopping mall nearly ready, 5 Stones and other high end condos beside it and even the developments at Tropicana mall. And while some of the posts above are quoting prices of RM450psf, do note that 5 Stones started out more expensive and there was recently some apartments lauched at Sunway Quay (beside the lake) that were launched for over RM800psf! Absolutely bonkers!
