No problems. I really hope they are as good as the mock up units. We can only hope! As for the security, it should be better when everyone starts moving in and with the new neighborhood mall by IJM. The place will be livelier, and of course perhaps more jam! But you can’t have all, can you?

Thanx for d mock-up pics kit, hopefully it is as good as u written in yer blog. The only thing im concern is the surroundings of the low-cost flats. Its not about the view facing the flats, its abt the security and safety wise. I wonder how well it will fare..
With the selling price of Ameera, i believe its bcoz of its location wise namely SS2.
PJ properties is expensive…gosh…

Thanks very much for the in depth review, indeed it is very informative. I purchased a T3 unit somewhere mid last year and there were only a few units left to choose. Some friends thought it is way too pricey, but I am happy now with my choice knowing that it is the uncompromised quality that I am paying for. Also, didn’t realise the price had gone up so much from last year.
Looking forward to your next review on Ameera. Pls would you also let me know if there is any latest development as such in good location, I am also looking at Ampang area if you have any suggestions.

Just went to the showroom and quite impressed with the layout and quality of the materials. Wanted the T3 unit but only have T5. May make a grab for it. Price wise ok if compared to other establishments ie condos in Saujana Subang and Atmosfera in Puchong. Grew up in PJ and find the area quite strategic. Discover that Jusco will be next to it and there are also the attractions of the SS2 exisiting amenities.

totally agree with the comments on the surroundings. the only good thing is the address, ss2. so many generations have lived around here and they are familiar with the anmenities. plus some wants to stay near the folks but concerned about the general security around, hence have to look for gated and guarded community. with the property gluts already happening in highrise, will be keen to find out the asking price for subsale.

Hi Horlic,

Not really appreciated in that sense, just that it was because SDB bought this project over from Luxor, SBD has raised the price significantly. Initially Luxor was starting price was RM210psf, but when SDB launched it and made some amendments to the project, they have then raised the launching price to about RM290psf.
