why failed to buy this project is a loser?
these days, which project is not sell-out after launch?

did you get one unit at Jln Meru, Klang yourself by SIME? also sell out by mid afternoon on the launch day….so are you loser too?

been to the sales launch of Surian Residences Condo, and you all know what….public unit Sold Out…..the result speak it self…..so think and ponder guys….you all losers….

RM600/sqf ??? What’s the special feature of this condo?
Furnished ? Kitchen cabinet? Wardrobe ? High ceiling ?

Otherwise, I don’t it worth such a price even the location is considered prime.

Casa Kiara II also around ~RM500/sqf only

Ya… I think it’s not worth the value of 600psf. At the 600psf, we can get very good unit in other scheme ie condominium in Desa Parkcity or Mont Kiara.

agree. Ultimately you are buying bare unit, not ID unit.

But with 600/sqft, I am expecting to walk in with WOW and walk out with “who should I call next to borrow money?”

Guess tough times……not many companies are “investing” in show units.

Two more show units to visit - StMarysResidences and SetiaSkyResidences…kekekeke

The ID didn’t excite me at all, like I said, it’s very outdated. But stripping these ID aside, the unit is modern (lots of natural lighting from the glass windows) and so much better than their first attempt at Surian Condo. But I got a feeling, the surrounding and common areas won’t exude the high-end feel at all, perhaps it will try very hard, but at the end, fails. Let’s wait and see.

But that won’t deter from the uncles and aunties from plunging in!

teruk lah the ID of these apartments. Very low tou and no fresh ID concept at all, like going thru a 300/sqft show apartment.

Who are they targetting? Ah sum and ah sok or what?
