I have passed by the showroom these few days, SDB has "demolished" the Five Stones showroom. Guess they are starting to build new one for 2nd phase or something else.
Wonder these electrical appliances are to be "recycled" or sell to the staff?

Yup, they are building the showroom for Phase2. It will be 2100sqft and 2900sqft.
Heard from my SA that the garden units for the villa are already taken by the management. And they already have bookings for some specific units. :o

Wow, they already started selling? Did you get an invite to check it out?

For a preview sale, not bad to be able to sell 30 units, considering the price now starts at RM1.07million! What about the Phase 1, are there any units left then?

anyway, will check it out soon when I collect my SPA from the sales office.

There are still some units left for Phase1 but don't kow how many left. Only those registered are invited coz the show units are not ready. I guess those who bought must be the ones that missed out their unit of choice in Phase1.
The main diff between the design of Phase1 and Phase2 is the airway. The layout looks quite the same except slightly bigger plus airway.

Luckily for Phase 2 buyers, that their units are slightly different from Phase 1. It's good also for investors as this creates lesser competition. ;)

I was looking at the brochure and deducted the differences from the photos. These are for Block D - low rise villas. I think the Block E high rise should almost be the same but as you have stated, with the addition of the airwell.

From earlier newspaper clippings: -

Block D (25-storey villas) - 50 units - sizes from 2900sf
Have got lanais and walkway. The balcony is not as wide as we've seen. 2 units per floor and private lift lobby

Block E (35-storey tower) - 142 units - sizes from 2000sf
Almost same design with the current tower block, with 4 units per floor, and no sharing of walls between units.
